Peak Business Equipment, Inc. (Peak) was founded in 1980 to offer an alternative service solution for direct mail equipment in the St. Louis, MO area. The idea was simple and popular with customers: “Offer the best support we can and make sure it’s a good value too” – Ernest Polk – Founder of Peak Business Equipment, Inc. By the time Ernest Polk retired and sold the business to his oldest son Greg Polk in 2011, the business had grown into a full-service distributor for some of the best manufacturers in the world for equipment and products for direct mail, packaging and print finishing.
